Barcode Xpress .NET v12.2

Barcode Xpress .NET v12.2 introduces updated samples and now supports UPU 4-State barcodes:

• Added support for UPU S18 4-State barcodes.
• Updated Royal Post 4-State barcodes to process variable length postal codes.
• Accuracy improvements for Code 128, Data Matrix, PDF417, QR Codes, and Code 39 barcodes.
• Unified release of Barcode Xpress .NET, ActiveX, Linux, and Java.
• Updated the Server Licensing Utility to support annual licensing.
• Updated the ReadBarcodesFromDIB sample in .NET (C# and VB.NET) to process variable length Royal Post 4-State barcodes and read UPU S18 4-State barcodes.
• Updated all samples in all the components for Visual Studio 2015 and 2017 projects to use .NET 4.6.1 components.
• Documentation improvements.
